Birthday

For my birthday this year I organized a walk through the vineyards around Lausanne again. It was as lovely as I remembered it.

We met at the bus stop and traveled out to Lutry and started walking. About 45 minutes from the start we came to the lovely picnic spot. The sad part is I didn't think to bring a bottle of wine so instead we just had our lunch.

And then we all passed out on the grass.

We continued on and it was very pretty.

Eventually we stopped around Cully and walked down and finally had our glasses of wine in the warm sun by the shore before catching the train back to Lausanne.

Back in Lausanne I made some dinner, had some assistance making the cake and was joined by some more guests for dinner, drinks and many variations on Uno.
