Yeah yeah nerdy I know. This is a really nice gel showing a complete cloning experiment. I have the vector, the insert, the ligation and the four resulting plasmids with their control digestions showing that all have inserts. The vector was not dephosphorylated (and had only 1 colony on the plate).
